Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. All lots sold to the highest bidder.
2. Bids must increase over the previous high bid by the following increments;
Under $100 - bids must increase by a minimum of $5
$100 to $199
$10
$200 to $499
$25
$500 to $999
$50
$1000 to $1999
$100
Over $2000
$250

3. All bids will be executed competitively. Maximum bids will be automatically increased by one increment over the previous high bid. Tie bids will go to the earliest bidder.
4. Bids are accepted online at www.stereographica.com. To place an absentee bid you may telephone (518) 821 0996 (anytime). Prior to bidding online all bidders are required to pre-register. Register here!
5. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids &/or withdraw any lot.
6. The sale closes October 24, 2020 at 3:00 pm (eastern time) 12:00 noon Pacific Time. The ten minute rule will apply. A 10 minute countdown clock will be available at the end of the sale. Once ten minutes has elapsed after 3:00 pm without a bid, the sale is over. Each time a bid is placed on any lot after 3:00pm the clock will re-set and the entire sale is extended by a further 10 minutes to give bidders the opportunity to respond. All lots will remain open for bidding until the sale closes. From past experience the sale can continue for several hours past the 3:00pm deadline. Please remember to click the “refresh” button on your browser to update the countdown clock.
7. Successful bidders will be notified by e-mail or regular mail. Shipping, handling, insurance charges and any applicable sales taxes will be invoiced along with lots. All lots are held until the invoice is paid in full.
8. Payment may be made by wire transfer, personal check, money order, bank draft in US Dollars drawn on a U.S. Bank or Paypal. We can also accept personal checks in £ Sterling.
9. A list of prices realized will be available to all bidders after the sale.
10. Estimates are given for your guidance only, and do not indicate a minimum, although some items do have a reserve. The reserve is never more than the low estimate.
11. All items are unconditionally guaranteed to be as described.
12. A buyer's premium of 10% will be added to the final price of each lot.

13. All online bidders must pre-register here online. You will be assigned a client number and password which will enable LIVE REAL TIME on-line bidding. Please register early. Register now!
14. California State residents must pay California State sales tax, unless payment is accompanied by a completed Tax Exempt Form, with a valid California State resale number.
